Galveston Historic Foundation is seeking public donations to help purchase the Bishop’s Palace for future generations. The foundation has until the end of this month to raise the money needed. This is a great cause. Please consider donating today. https://www.galvestonhistory.org/
Galveston Market Heats Up
It’s open home season and this weekend I’m showing three fantastic homes.On Saturday June 15 from noon until 2pm come visit 1712 Avenue O. This charming three bedroom cottage is just one block from the beach.
On Sunday June 16 there are two open homes from 2pm to 4pm. The first is a new listing. A diamond in the rough this house, at 1328 Sealy, is in a prestigious neighborhood, and is across the road from the Bishop’s Palace and Sacred Heart.
The second home, at 1503 Milam, has recently reduced it’s listing price.It is a completely renovated one bedroom garage department.
