Brian Kuhn, an experienced realtor at Coldwell Banker TGRE, has become a designated, licensed broker for the company.

Coldwell Banker Owner and Broker Tom Schwenk said he was delighted for Brian to have achieved this designation. “I have been working with Brian since 2011, first as my assistant and then was the first agent to join me in my new endeavor. It has been a pleasure to see him grow and develop other the years and to now become a designated licensed broker.”

Brian Kuhn and his wife Cate, owner of Cate Black Architecture Studio, reside in Kempner Park with their two children. Outside of real estate, Brian is well-known to many Galvestonians due to his involvement with the Surfrider Foundation and as the founder of La Izquierda Surf & Music Festival and the La Izquierda Sandcastle Competition, two calendar events for Galveston.

With over 15 years in the sector, including nearly a decade as a Sales Manager, he honed his skills in negotiation, project management, and client relations.

In 2018, Luis and his husband Mitchell, founded Maison de Campagne (MDC), Galveston County’s premier home staging and design company. A proud Galveston resident since 2019, Luis has fully embraced the island’s vibrant history and culture, calling himself an “islander by choice.” His love for the community and its deep historical roots is reflected in both his personal and professional endeavors. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Luis uses his bilingual skills to connect with a diverse range of clients, offering personalized service that reflects their unique needs.
