Alex Monteith is a native Texan who moved to Galveston in 2003 from Dallas. He graduated from Ball High School in Galveston as well as St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas earning his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Returning to Galveston in 2010, he also works at Insurance Junction as an insurance agent. Alex has a clear understanding of coastal insurance for buyers and sellers as well as new construction, historic homes, and vacation rentals. In 2014 Alex earned his Texas real estate license. Alex is a member of Galveston Association of REALTORS®, Houston Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.

When not working Alex and his wife, Katie, an RN at UTMB, enjoy spending time with their two children, their friends and family, as well as traveling.
