Corey C. Cole first became interested in real estate as a child watching his contractor father work on houses. A licensed realtor since 1997, he said real estate is more than a job, it is a passion. He loves to help everyone from first-time homebuyers to vacation home buyers and everyone in between.

In addition to being an experienced realtor Corey is a real estate investor owning a number of properties in Galveston County, Florida, and Michigan where he lived as a child. He manages his own long-term rentals and vacation rentals.

For many years, Corey worked as a mortgage broker and an insurance agent giving him valuable professional expertise in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is also a keen DIY enthusiast who loves to do home maintenance.

Outside of work he loves to walk his dog on the beach, to go boating at Offats Bayou and other local waterways. He also has a 1959 Ford Thunderbird that has been in his family since it was new. Real estate remains his passion, and he loves presenting homes to his clients and helping them achieve their dream of home ownership or attaining a successful investment.
