Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC today announced that Tom’s Galveston Real Estate (TGRE) has joined the Coldwell Banker® network and will operate as Coldwell Banker TGRE serving the Galveston area. The Inclusive Ownership program, first announced in February 2020, is an initiative to increase representation of people of color, women, LGBTQ+ and veteran entrepreneurs in the real estate industry.
Coldwell Banker TGRE was founded by Tom Schwenk in 2018 and has grown to 10 independent sales agents with an office located at 2002 Strand St #103 in the historic Hendley Building.
