Galveston Historic CottageMake your next getaway one to remember at this lovely historic Coastal Cottage!

By joining a commissary home built shortly after the 1900 Storm, with Galveston’s beloved Garden Home, a unique respite was created. The Garden house was originally built as an office for a Lumber Company that lost its building in the great storm of 1900. The commissary home was one of many built shortly after the storm to house workers involved in the clean up and restoration of our Island. This charming guest house is less than a quarter mile from the beach, a bike ride away from downtown and a block from the 14th street corridor and its shops and restaurants.

The property sleeps up to 8 with 2 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a screened in porch and large outside decks that offer many opportunities to catch the lovely island gulf breezes.
