He started his career as a property manager for an apartment community, and quickly climbed the ranks to a corporate Regional Director position. While in the Regional Director position, Tee Jay was responsible for a portfolio totaling over $48,000,000 in assets and directed numerous on-site team members. Tee Jay won several awards during his property management career and was able to increase NOI (net operating income) for the investors year over year.
