TGRE (Tom’s Galveston Real Estate) has hired Suzanne McClere as its newest realtor® effective immediately.
“Suzanne is a Galvestonian who has a customer-service focus and first-hand knowledge of Galveston real estate having restored a number of historic homes on the Island. We know that she will fit right in here at TGRE and look forward to her joining our firm,” said TGRE Owner/Broker Tom Schwenk.
TGRE is the fastest growing independent real estate firm on the Island. It was founded by Tom Schwenk four years ago and now has 14 team members.
Suzanne McClere gained her real estate license in 2012 and has worked for a number of real estate companies. She prefers working with companies committed to helping clients and can’t wait to return to the Island after a number of years working and living in the Houston area.
“I hate being away from Galveston and just love the feeling when you come over the causeway. I love to help people buy, sell and lease Galveston and can’t wait to support more people in their real estate journey on the Island.”
Suzanne McClere earned her Real Estate license in 2012 after many years of remodeling homes in the North Houston area. In 2019, she purchased a 1913 historic Galveston cottage with her husband and completely remodeled it. The cottage was brought up to date with modern conveniences, while maintaining the historic features and charm of the home and was selected to be on the 2021 GHF Historic Home Tour. She is working on a second remodel, a 1900 Storm Survivor, soon to be on the market. Outside of work she enjoys time with her husband, their daughter and granddaughter.
