Coldwell Banker TGRE continues to grow hiring Kyle Sims and Tee Jay Hadley, effective immediately. Kyle and Tee Jay are Texas natives and licensed real estate professionals who work together as Team Hadley-Sims.

Before becoming a realtor, Kyle was a settlement specialist in the mortgage industry and has an extensive knowledge of the mortgage process from beginning to end. He has a wealth of experience to benefit his buyers having worked in origination, processing, closing, and funding as well as with underwriters.
Tee Jay has a background in property management starting as a property manager for an apartment community and quickly climbing the ranks to a corporate regional manager position. An award-winning professional, he was responsible for a portfolio totaling more than $48 million in assets and was acknowledged for increasing Net Operating Income (NOI) year on year for his clients.
Kyle and Tee Jay are married and together have adopted two beautiful boys. They have a host of animals including two English bulldogs who are their favorites. Passionate about real estate, Kyle and Tee Jay love helping people to make their island dreams a reality.
